Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates, LLC, brings together a diverse team of practitioners who provide multi-disciplinary services to support health, wellness, and connection. We believe that mind, body, and spirit are inseparable when seeking true well-being. Affiliates include licensed, trained, or board-certified professionals who are dedicated to the healing journey of our clients. We serve adolescents through older adults. We offer groups, workshops, and continuing education classes. We provide in-person services in Monroe County and the greater Rochester area; some of our practitioners also serve clients who are not local to us via secure web conferencing.
